Meet the Staff

Each member of Quintessentially's team has years of experience and is an expert in his or her field, with a wealth of contacts and connections. All share a passion for quality wherever it is found and are committed to seeking it out for Quintessentially's members.

Our staff now comprises almost 700 people globally, and the below sections show just a sample of our staff.

Ukraine

Volodymyr Berezhniy | President and Member of the Board

A successful entrepreneur, Volodymyr founded Quintessentially Ukraine in December 2009. Prior to that, he launched Opportunity-Ukraine with his partners, a project that focused on attracting investments into local distressed commercial property and agricultural projects. Preceding this project, Berezhniy worked as Investment Director for Kiev-based 1849 PLC, British JV with Warburg Pincus and AREA Private Equity Groups. Volodymyr holds an MSc in Organizational Management and Economics from the National Technical University (Kharkiv) and an MA in Business Law from the National University of International Affairs (Kharkiv). Currently Volodymyr is studying in the Executive Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Roman Ivanyuk | Vice President, Member of the Board

Roman is responsible for finance, corporate and partnership development at Quintessentially Ukraine. Prior to joining Quintessentially, Roman was working in real estate and the investment sector both in 1849 PLC (JV with Warburg Pincus) and Opportunity Ukraine project. He has wide expertise and deep knowledge of the Ukrainian banking system, after spending more than four years in different positions in local and international banks. Also Mr.Ivaniuk has gained experience from working in a national holding company as the Financial Director. Roman graduated from Ostroh Academy National University, Faculty of Economic and Finance with the specialization in Finance. He believes that business has a lot in common with sports, which is why he enjoys playing football, basketball and squash.

Anna Shchanova | Member Assistant

Anna has over five years of experience in the tourism industry. She was awarded a diploma (with distinction) in Management of International Tourism and PR from the Kiev National University of Culture and Art. Anna enjoys physiology, dancing, travelling, reading and fitness. She is also a great networker and loves to meet new and interesting people. Before joining Quintessentially, she has travelled throughout Australia, USA, Italy, France, India, Thailand and other countries.

Daria Polishchuk | Member Assistant

Before joining Quintessentially, Daria worked within the luxury jewelry sector, where she appropriated a strong understanding of the luxury world, great communication skills and administrative savoir-faire. Daria is open-minded and is always willing to learn more and broaden her knowledge of the finer things in life. She is a regular at parties and events, where she has the chance to meet new and interesting people. Daria’s interests also include fashion and motorsport.

Anton Nikitchin | Support Staff Manager

Anton brings his knowledge in sales of Vertu, Mobiado, Nokia luxury phones and his previous work as concierge in the Kiev hospitality market to Quintessentially. His passion is football - he graduated from the Dynamo Kiev football sports school. His interests also include weapons, fashion and nightlife. Anton holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Linguistics (English and Spanish) from the International University in Kiev.
