Meet the Staff
Each member of Quintessentially's team has years of experience and is an expert in his or her field, with a wealth of contacts and connections. All share a passion for quality wherever it is found and are committed to seeking it out for Quintessentially's members.

Raised in the south of Spain, Eva-Maria Lopez worked in purchasing for a major food retailer before joining Quintessentially in January 2004. Previously a student of Drama and English at university, she has remained an avid fan of the theatre as well as a movie buff. Other loves include traveling, especially to Granada, and she loves using and improving her language skills wherever she goes. |

Catherine graduated from University in 2005 with a 2:1 in Media Production, shortly after she started working as part of the Quintessentially team. Catherine likes to keep busy by horse riding most evenings, she currently has just the one horse and regularly competes in Show jumping and eventing. She also spends the winter months hunting with the Essex and Suffolk Hunt. Other interests include shopping, eating, drinking and skiing. |

After having spent the last nine years running the restaurants department at Quintessentially, Rob has since moved on to the busy London AskQ Team, making good use of 17 years of customer service experience. As well as regularly contributing to Quintessentially Insider and having a passion for fine cuisine, Rob is also passionate about football, supporting Liverpool FC from a young age. He is a regular starter for ‘QFC’ - Quintessentially's five-a-side football team. |

With a passion for sports and a great knowledge of the industry Jonny is the latest addition to the ticket department. Jonny has worked in the ticketing world for many years including the theatre desk at Harrods and the British Visitor Centre in Piccadilly. He is also the captain of our 5 a side football team. |

Before joining Mark has a BA in Business and IT and since then has lived life exactly as he planned visiting some of the most exotic locations around the world while meeting many influential people on his travels. Before joining Quintessentially he was working with an events company promoting clubs in locations such as; London, Miami, LA and St Tropez. He is currently looking after an exclusive corporate account, helps look after UK & International Clubs and is a general Q ambassador. |

Keith was raised in the North of England, and graduated with a degree in hospitality. Living in London for the past nine years, Keith has spent most of his career working in London's top 5-star hotels as an integral member of their concierge teams. With a huge passion for restaurants and theatre, Keith enjoys his time both in the capital and further afield. |

Ashraf was born and raised in Cairo, Egypt. He graduated from the Faculty of Commerce majoring in Accounting and taking his minor in Business Administration. He has been working in sales, customer service and account management for the last eight years in multinationals like Microsoft, Vodafone and Link.net - the biggest internet service provider in the Middle East. Ashraf has recently moved to London to carry on his postgraduate studies and worked while he is studying in luxury fine jewellery retail in big department stores like Harrods and Liberty. Ashraf is bilingual in English and Arabic. |

Originally starting on the International team in 2008, upon her return from maternity leave and has instantly made a big impact. Her tireless dedication and widespread knowledge ensures a smooth service for overseas members visiting the UK. Fluent in several languages, including Arabic and French, Chafia loves to travel and plans to travel the world one day in a leisurely manner, taking in all her dream destinations. In her spare time, she loves horse riding and likes to keep up to date with her extensive IT and design skills. |

Laura joined Quintessentially in 2008 as a member of the AskQ team and was soon promoted to Corporate Account Manager. Before joining Quintessentially Laura graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2007 with a BA Hons in English and Philosophy. Shortly after she interned for a PR company specialising in interiors and lifestyle. She then took to the skies as a flight attendant for the luxury business class airline SilverJet where she discovered her love of customer service. In her spare time Laura enjoys travelling all over the world, spending time with friends and sampling the endless supply of restaurants and bars that London has to offer. |

Born and bred in Estonia, Helen obtained a BA in Audiovisual Media side majoring in Directing for Advertising. After founding a production company with friends in Estonia, she moved to London in 2009 to expand her knowledge of British culture and running a company with more global range. While in London she has worked for several high-end companies as a customer adviser. She enjoys cooking, interior design, films, theatre, music and books and is continuously writing short stories and articles for some Estonian publications. She dreams of becoming a published author or writing a brilliant script. “Once I grow up,” as she says herself. |

Having returned to London in 2010, after 7 years in Buenos Aires, Ali joined the Quintessentially team and instantly made his mark with his friendly and efficient manner. A keen football fan and a passionate supporter of Manchester United, Ali always tries to find some spare time to travel, particularly keen to the flavours of South America. |

Born and raised in London, Cordu joined the Quintessentially team in 2009 after working for 3 years at the uber stylish Soho Hotel. Her excellent customer service skills, bubbly personality and in depth knowledge of London has made her a vital link in the team covering the late night periods. When she isn’t working, Cordu is a budding musician and loves travelling, literature and Greek Mythology. |

Dave Rudd is 23 years old and comes from Broxbourne, Hertfordshire and is very happy to finally be a Dedicated Lifestyle Manager after interning for 5 months with the Elite team and Quintessentially Gifts. Before starting at Quintessentially, Dave worked as Head of Costume for a feature film (which did very badly), and as a runner for Epping Film Studios. An aspiring TV presenter and comedian, dedicated David Bowie fan and movie enthusiast – Dave cannot be missed with his outrageous mullet & loud personality forever entertaining the office. |

Umber has worked for some of the best performing arts and media related companies in London. She has worked in creative industries that include dance, opera and fine arts, as well as national newspapers and premier television networks. She is also a voice artist in her spare time, borne from being a continuity announcer for the Channel 4 network. She graduated from Middlesex University with a Writing degree and has ambitions to write a play and a book of short stories. She also wishes to be able to sing one day. |

After a childhood spent in Devon, Antonia studied at Oxord's Media and Business College and at the Grange Cookery School in Bath, inspiring a passion for fine food and drink. Moving to London six years ago, Antonia brought her talents to leading online restaurant service, Toptable, joining as an account manager where she worked very closely with an extensive network of restaurants in the UK. In her free time, Antonia loves to escape to the countryside, and has a strong adventurous streak, travelling to more far flung places like Mangalore in India and Whitsundays in Australia. |

Before moving to London, Danni worked promoting some of the best venues in the Midlands, gaining a wealth of experience in marketing and people skills. Then, in 2006, she decided to spread her wings. Danni continued within PR and events, working for high end brands and hosting parties for the likes of the England rugby team before moving on to work with one of London’s top members clubs. With an interest in customer service and luxury lifestyle Danni soon headed straight for Quintessentially. Danni has real enthusiasm for clubs, bars and restaurants; she enjoys traveling and loves to party in her spare time. |

Carly has lived in London all her life. She graduated from Leeds with a BA in History of Art. Carly has had previous experience with acting agents for the likes of Keira Knightley and Ewan McGregor, and music agents for the likes of George Michael and Mariah Carey. She has a great passion for food, sport and, in particular, music. |

Chloe grew up in the Buckinghamshire countryside and has enjoyed getting to know London on and off for past six years, while completing various apprenticeships including time at Elle Decoration and various television/film production companies. After studying an Art & Design Foundation Course at Oxford Brookes, specialising in short film, she travelled the world for seven months. Prior to working at Quintessentially, Chloe was employed in the events industry, as well as acting as client liaison for Trinny and Susannah on ‘Style in the City’ and for Hugh Fearnley-Wittingstall at ‘Taste of London’. Having started at Quintessentially in AskQ, Chloe’s extensive customer service background soon landed her a promotion to her present position, Dedicated Account Manager. Her hobbies include: photography, interior styling and visiting London’s jazz and blues clubs. |

Matt has been with Quintessentially since 2005, starting as an AskQ Advisor and moving up to become the second Elite Account Manager, specialising in handling the varied requests of top level members. With an extensive background in customer service, Matt is always willing to go the extra mile. He enjoys the gym, reading and writing and has worked as a copywriter writing articles, corporate brochures and website content. Born and bred in vibrant Brighton, Matt has an eye for stylish bars, clubs and restaurants, which he applies to his work. |

Erin moved to London from the Berkshire countryside to study Fashion Journalism & Styling at The London College of Fashion. Her budding career led her to MTV’s Pan-European Marketing & Events Team where she helped to organise lavish parties throughout Europe. Following this, she was employed at Naked Communications where she worked with leading brands such as Bacardi and for private banking clients, tailoring amazing and unique experiences in premier European locations. She thrives on being in a buzzing environment, both at work and socially. She loves writing and reading and hopes to author a book of her own one day. |

Susannah joined us in 2009, having perfected her multi-tasking skills over the course of eight years working as a production manager for various reality television series around the world. As you can imagine she loves to travel and sees the Cook Islands as her spiritual home. With a passion for sports she has completed three half marathons for the Christian Lewis Children’s Cancer charity and is an accomplished skier and tennis player. Outside all of this, she is a great cook and adores her wines, when she is not bungee jumping or leaping out of airplanes with parachutes attached to her back. |

After studying Classical History at university and a brief period in the army, Mark worked for four and half years in client relations at Sotheby's before joining the London Elite team at Quintessentially. He enjoys foreign travel and skiing. |

Jascha was born and raised in Vienna and moved to the UK aged 18 in order to study economics at Durham University. After graduating, he returned to Vienna to work at an international events management company before returning to the UK to embark upon his new role at Quintessentially. In his spare time, Jascha enjoys travelling, playing tennis and skiing. |

After studying Classical History at university, Georgina worked in TV Production including a stint at MTV where she spent her time interviewing artists on the red carpet and filming lavish celebrity events. With a keen interest in luxury lifestyle Georgina headed for Quintessentially shortly afterwards. In her free time Georgina loves to bake, travel and is an avid drummer – she dreams of one day joining a rock band and touring the world (except she can’t sing)… |
