Meet the Staff

Each member of Quintessentially's team has years of experience and is an expert in his or her field, with a wealth of contacts and connections. All share a passion for quality wherever it is found and are committed to seeking it out for Quintessentially's members.

Our staff now comprises almost 700 people globally, and the below sections show just a sample of our staff.

Switzerland

Karim Stadelmann | Group CEO

Founder of Quintessentially Switzerland in 2007, Karim studied business and tourism before working for five years as manager of a renowned multinational information technology corporation. His move to Quintessentially came from his passion for business, creating relationships and networks as well as the need to finally use his entrepreneurial skills. Karim’s enthusiasm and direct approach helped grow Quintessentially Switzerland into the successful business it is today. He is now focusing on expanding the group’s sister businesses within Switzerland.

Sanae Gillot | Head of Operations and Customer Service

Sanae has lived in Morocco, New York, Palm Beach and Paris before settling in Geneva. Prior to joining Quintessentially, she worked as a marketing and product development manager at a high end cosmetics company and has also worked for an events company. Sanae holds a BA in Languages and Communication and has a passion for travel, fashion, music, golf and fine food. In addition to English, Sanae speaks French, Italian, Spanish and Arabic.

Natalia Uscov | Membership Manager

Natalia graduated from Swiss Hotel Management School and successfully accomplished a BA degree in Business Administration before she joined one of the world’s most reputable hotel chains. Her unique experience as Concierge and later Concierge Supervisor enriched her creative thinking and further developed communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Natalia’s strive for personal growth and new challenges encouraged her to join Quintessentially. Her passions involve discovering exotic destinations, fashion and fine food. Natalia speaks French, English and Russian.

Marilene Scaperrotta | Dedicated Account Manager

Born in Athens and raised in Switzerland, Marilene recently graduated from the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne with a Bachelor of Science degree in International Hospitality Management, including a specialization in marketing. Throughout her experiences in Casa de Campo (Dominican Rep.), Florence, Elounda (Crete), Verbier and Geneva; she has gained a well-developed background in the luxury hotel and tourism industry. Her multicultural origins have nurished her taste for fine food, wine, travel and language. Marilene speaks French, English, Italian, Spanish, a little German and Greek.

Benjamine Fortin | Member Assistant

Born in Geneva, Benjamine has lived in Switzerland, Australia, France and the United States. She studied International Relations at the University of Sydney in Australia as well as at the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne where she obtained a degree in hospitality management. She has worked in several establishments in the hospitality industry in cities like Cannes, Geneva and Sydney. She loves to travel (her passion), music and meeting new people. Benjamine is fluent in French and English.

Jana Hilko | Membership Executive

Born and raised in Estonia, Jana successfully accomplished a BA degree in Politics and Business Management at the University of London before moving to Switzerland. After settling in Geneva, Jana started working as a financial coordinator at a reputable private wealth management company. However, with her MA degree in Media and Communications and her passion for public relations, luxury lifestyle trends, constantly learning and meeting new people, Jana was encouraged to join Quintessentially. She has a love of fine food, travel, wine, fashion, music and art and speaks English, Russian and French, as well as a little Estonian.

Emanuele Cordioli | Office Assistant

Italian in origin, Emanuele was born and raised in Brazil where she studied Social Sciences before moving to Geneva in 2002. A graduate in Business Management, Emanuele worked several years for famous brands in the luxury sector prior to joining Quintessentially Switzerland. She has developed a true passion for travel and the cultural discoveries it brings, such as food, music and lifestyles.
