Meet the Staff

Each member of Quintessentially's team has years of experience and is an expert in his or her field, with a wealth of contacts and connections. All share a passion for quality wherever it is found and are committed to seeking it out for Quintessentially's members.

Our staff now comprises almost 700 people globally, and the below sections show just a sample of our staff.

Spain

James Wigan | CEO Managing Director

A true Europhile, James was born to an English father and an Italian/Hungarian mother and raised in Portugal. Having graduated from the École Hotelière de Lausanne, Switzerland, James was instantly drawn to the customer service industry due to his sociable and outgoing character. His passion for his homeland led him to head up Quintessentially Portugal towards the end of 2009. Then, in June 2011, James branched out to take on Quintessentially Spain as well.

Noelia Morell-Portes | Partner Relations Manager

Born and raised in Spain, Noelia left her native land soon after graduating from University, in response to a burning desire to discover the world for herself. Traveling, working and living in countless cities, Noelia eventually settled in London, spending 15 years working for an array of high-end companies and counting Lehman Brothers among her best clients.

Noelia has now returned to Spain and feels that she has finally found her place, joining the Quintessentially team in her home country.

Claudia Cooper | Administrative Assistant

Born and raised in London, Claudia has always been a keen traveller, and is currently in her third year studying French and Spanish at Newcastle University. She has completed an internship at MTV UK, and most recently finished a placement at Watson Farley & Williams in Paris. Claudia is looking forward to exploring Madrid and getting to know the hottest parts of town. In her free time she is a keen skier, loves seeing live music and holidaying with friends.
