Meet the Staff

Each member of Quintessentially's team has years of experience and is an expert in his or her field, with a wealth of contacts and connections. All share a passion for quality wherever it is found and are committed to seeking it out for Quintessentially's members.

Our staff now comprises almost 700 people globally, and the below sections show just a sample of our staff.

Saudi Arabia

Khaled Al-Dajani | Managing Partner

Khaled Al-Dajani is the Managing Partner of Quintessentially GCC. Graduating with a marketing degree, Khaled left the UK to work within the Automotive industry in Saudi Arabia, looking after high-end brands. Khaled then put his efforts into launching Quintessentially's Saudi office in 2007, growing the team from 6 to over 32 employees. Four years on, he is in charge of the day-to-day running of offices in Saudi Arabia, Abu Dhabi, Kuwait, and Bahrain. Khaled was also responsible for the launch of the Quintessentially Middle East Magazine, and has had a huge part in its subsequent popularity in those regions.

Ghassan Arbid | Operations Manager KSA, Bahrain, Qatar and Kuwait

Ghassan studied sociology and public relations in Rennes Bretagne University of France. He has an extensive experience in Hospitality business. For the last 20 years, he held several Managerial positions. He then opened his own travel agency in Beirut and then went on to a part of the biggest hospitality business. Ghassan came to Saudi Arabia in February of 2003 and held a managerial position in the field of hospitality with Laylaty group (Ballrooms, catering and restaurants). In 2005 he was a part of setting up Dayem Hospitality specializing in restaurants concepts and recruitment. Ghassan joined Q as a Business Development Manager in 2006 and then onto becoming the Country Manager in February of 2007.

Fahd Algeaid | Head of Coordination and Development

Originally from Lebanon, Fahd was born and raised in Jeddah and is currently studying for an MBA. Fahd has in-depth experience in business research and marketing. He is a highly motivated and energetic individual with a thirst for knowledge. Fluent in both Arabic and English, Fahd enjoys playing sports, especially football.

Rami Yehya | Head of Member Assistance

Rami a graduate in Hospitality Management. He then came to Saudi Arabia in 2004 and has been working departments that involved hospitality and business since then.
His career included working for hotels like Le Meridien and Sea Rock Rotana, Beirut. Shortly after that, he joined Quintessentially.

Omar Mahmoud | Members Assistant

Omar was born and raised in Lebanon and holds both Lebanese and Chilean citizenships. He studied in Lebanon and moved to Saudi Arabia in 2005 to work as a customer service and operations manager in the medical ophthalmic field. Omar Joined Quintessentially in October 2009 and is currently studying German language in Munich. He is passionate about travelling and enjoys meeting new people.

Samra Zeinu | Dedicated Member Assistant

Samra joined Quintessentially shortly after graduating from a computer course school. She has high interest in entertainment like music, dancing and theatre. She is a very outgoing person.

Jihan Mahmoud | Supplier Relations Manager

Jihan was born and raised in Lebanon, and moved with her family to Jeddah in 2003. She studied Business Management at the Arab Open University and has worked with several start-up companies and established brands including Gold's Gym, and Saudi German Hospital. She has also worked as a writer for Sayidaty Magazine and freelances for the Al Eqtisadiyah newspaper. Jihan speaks French, English, and Arabic, and in her spare time enjoys music, reading philosophy books, travelling, swimming and shopping. Jihan has recently joined Quintessentially and brings over 7 years of marketing & public relations experience to her new role.

Nizar Malaeb | Member Assistant

Originally from Lebanon, Nizar holds a degree in ticketing and has developed strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. A self-motivated and resourceful individual, Nizar has worked for Liberia Monrovia as an Account Manager, and joined Quintessentially as a Member Assistant in 2010.

Kawkab El Kouch | Member Assistant

Born and raised in Lebanon, Kawkab graduated from CNAM –Lebanon having majored in Statistics. She worked for Hariri Foundation- Lebanon in the Biostatistics Department as a P.A to the manager before moving to Saudi Arabia with her family. Shortly after that she joined Quintessentially. Kawkab speaks Arabic, French and English and is currently working towards a Master’s in Statistics. Her hobbies include tennis, swimming and biking.

Ramzi Massoud | Member Assistant

Born and raised in a village in the south of Lebanon, Ramzi left his hometown for the first time and moved to Saudi Arabia to join Quintessentially. Here he has found a new interest in the field of hospitality. Ramzi is a certified technical superior whose hobbies are computers, music and sports and is enthusiastic about exploring the different services that Quintessentially can provide.

Sarah Ibrahim | Member Assistant

Sarah was born and raised in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. After completing her studies Sarah has gained two years experience in customer service and has recently joined Quintessentially in March 2009. She is looking forward to new experiences and fresh challenges. Outside work, Sarah enjoys reading, swimming and dancing.

Alaa Khodr | Member Assistant

Before moving to KSA, Alaa studied dental lab technology. Having lived in Saudi Arabia for the past five years, he spent two years working in the Hospitality Domain in Jeddah after which he joined Quintessentially as a Member Assistant in the customer relations department. His hobbies include swimming, music & playing the keyboard.
