Meet the Staff

Each member of Quintessentially's team has years of experience and is an expert in his or her field, with a wealth of contacts and connections. All share a passion for quality wherever it is found and are committed to seeking it out for Quintessentially's members.

Our staff now comprises almost 700 people globally, and the below sections show just a sample of our staff.

Kazakhstan

Yekaterina Voronkova | Head of Office

Before graduating from Suleyman Demirel University with a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Kate had traveled the world working as a flight attendant on board the national airline.

After reading an article about Quintessentially in Russian Vogue, Kate made it her mission to become a part of the team. Besides Quintessentially, Kate’s other passions in life are her love of travel, fashion and gourmet cuisine.

Alla Aitova | Member Assistant

Alla studied English and Turkish at the Suleyman Demirel University in Almaty before going on to study Human Resources Management in Istanbul, Turkey. After working as an HR Specialist for big companies, one of which was the international HR consulting company HILL, she joined Quintessentially Kazakhstan, hoping to further improve her skills. In her spare time Alla enjoys reading, dancing and meeting new people.
