Meet the Staff

Each member of Quintessentially's team has years of experience and is an expert in his or her field, with a wealth of contacts and connections. All share a passion for quality wherever it is found and are committed to seeking it out for Quintessentially's members.

Jordan

Najwan Al-Masri | Head of Memberships

Born and raised in Jordan, Najwan grew up traveling between Switzerland and the U.K. A truly international citizen, Najwan has been traveling around the world from a young age. She is highly qualified, having gained degrees in Hospitality, Marketing, and MSc in International Finance. After successfully finishing her studies, Najwan returned to be with her family in Jordan. From here she embarked on a career in Amman with HSBC Bank as a financial planner and a private banker, catering and providing a service for high net worth individuals. Having been exposed to a number of different cultures, including the European lifestyle, Najwan was inspired to join Quintessentially in an effort to broaden her horizons and take on new challenges.
