Keen to pursue her finesse for conceptualising and creating networks and relationships, Emma joined the team in 2005. Her commitment to excellence has quickly established Quintessentially as the leading luxury lifestyle company, with 60 offices globally - and more planned for the coming year. Her career history ranges from event organization for Heads of State and Hollywood Royalty to promoting British business around Asia. Born in Singapore and raised in Hong Kong and England, Emma is passionate about luxury and enjoys a range of competitive sports and exploring the globe. As a member of the Group’s Executive team, Emma is responsible for the strategic development of Quintessentially’s diverse business interests. |

Born in Hong Kong, Cindy studied and worked in the United States in her earlier years. She then moved back to Hong Kong and worked in the public relations discipline for over a decade. Having served in various challenging roles in marketing, administration and customer service, Cindy is an extremely capable and cheerful multitasker who is delighted to join the Quintessentially team and support the company’s daily operations. She loves to watch films and go shopping, bowling and hiking in her free time. |

Emilie grew up in Belgium and, after finishing her BA in Business, moved to London to study for an MA in Chinese Studies at the School of Oriental and African Studies. Wanting to immerse herself completely in the Chinese culture she moved to Beijing for a year and has never left Asia since. She has lived in Hong Kong and Tokyo and is now looking forward to bring her international experience to the Q team. She loves traveling, meeting new people and discovering new cultures. |

Born in Singapore, Fiona had a whirlwind upbringing in eight cities around the world. She graduated with a distinction in Marketing and Management from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce, though Fiona is a lot more than just a financial whizz – she worked in consumer goods, property and financial services in the States and then came back to Hong Kong to start ‘Ventures in Development’, an NGO, before moving on to a boutique financial services firm. She’s an avid traveller, loves discovering new bars and restaurants and currently represents the Hong Kong women’s 7s and 15s national rugby teams! |

After graduating from Exeter University with a joint degree in French and Spanish, Sally has used her love of languages to travel extensively and throughout her career, formerly working for one of France’s largest developers as a sales manager. With a strong record of creating new business opportunities, Sally has proved herself a strong negotiator both in a sales environment and through the acquisition and training of business partners. Sally loves travelling, art, meeting new people and discovering all that Hong Kong has to offer. |

Avey Cortes, born and raised in Hong Kong to Thai/Danish and Filipino/Spanish parents, re-joins Quintessentially Hong Kong after moving to Australia to work in the events industry. Avey moved to London in 1998 to pursue his degree in Film & Television with Theatre Studies at Brunel University before travelling the globe and finding himself back in Hong Kong working for Turner Entertainment as a promo producer. No stranger to anything that has to do with entertainment, fashion and lifestyle, Avey was soon bitten by the Q bug where his network of contacts and extensive knowledge enabled him to excel in his past roles. He returns to Quintessentially with an optimistic attitude and an ‘above and beyond’ mindset to fulfil any request. |

After studying for her BA in Media and Linguistics from the University of Sydney, Joanne decided to explore the world of event marketing with Next Media in Hong Kong, where she planned and organised a variety of events involving top-notch brands and celebrities. Joanne believes we should live life to the fullest and spends her free time relaxing at the beach, practicing yoga and exploring new restaurants. She is looking forward to travelling around Europe and making use of her growing French skills. |

Born and raised in Hong Kong, May completed her degree in Design and Visual Communication at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University’s School of Design. With experience working in both a design agency and in-house, May has had the opportunity to develop her skills across different areas, including branding, corporate and marketing communications, events and visual merchandising. She loves travelling, learning different cultures, going concerts and watching movies. |

Raised in the Fragrant Harbour, Alethea spent her student days immersed in postmodern dramatic explorations at Goldsmiths College, University of London before returning to Hong Kong to pursue arts journalism and freelance writing. She joined the Quintessentially Hong Kong family in 2006 as part of the AskQ Team before assisting Dedicated Members, and even spent some time in the sunny Australia office. When not fulfilling member requests, Alethea enjoys Georgette Heyer novels, travelling to pristine beaches and pandering to her sweet tooth. |

Born and raised in London, Wayne decided to make Hong Kong his home in 2004 and hasn’t looked back since. Before joining Q, he worked for Cathay Pacific Airways, where he was described as an “extremely fun loving-individual”, working on various projects which took him around the world. Wayne is an avid sports fan, loves travelling, fancies himself as a bit of a chef and lives by his own motto of trying anything once, so long as its fun. |

Kitty was born in Hong Kong and raised in Canada where she graduated with an honours degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the University of Guelph, Ontario. After finishing university, she moved back to Hong Kong where she spent several years working in the concierge team at the five-star Four Seasons Hotel. Among her friends and colleagues, Kitty has earned a reputation as a walking encyclopedia because of her amazing knowledge about Hong Kong, our region and indeed, the world! In her spare time, she loves to travel and experience different cultures – one of her most memorable journeys to date includes her trip around India. |

Wendy is a true “Honkie“. She was born and raised in the city and knows every corner, restaurant, club or bar one can find on or around the island. After graduation, Wendy devoted her career exclusively to the lifestyle sector, focusing on the fashion & beauty as well as the entertainment & events industries. Before joining Q, she was organizing fashion shows and launch events for international luxury brands such as Fendi, Dior, Valentino, Marc Jacobs and so on. Wendy loves fashion, movies, books, music and especially – travel. Her keen interest in Europe led her to spend over a year in Switzerland and traveling around the continent where she deeply immersed herself in both the culture and the people. Of course, like any Hong Kong connoisseur, Wendy loves great food and spending time with friends in the hip places of this great city. |

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Yonnie went to California to complete a B.A. in Economics and M.A. in Cross-Cultural Marketing Communication in Cal State University, Chico. After college, she moved to London to work as a project manager, and later on became a freelance translator. Being adventurous and fond of backpacking, Yonnie has been on a numerous number occasions to California and Wales, as well as a road trip across the United States. She returned to Hong Kong and joined Quintessentially. |

Even though Amity was born and raised in Hong Kong, her friends have always thought of her as Japanese. Amity lived in Tokyo for almost 2 years and speaks the language fluently, which helped her understand the country’s unique culture and live like a local. Before joining Quintessentially, she worked in one of Hong Kong’s leading hotels in the concierge team. Amity likes meeting new people and treats everyone she knows as her friend, staying true the meaning of her name. |

Born and raised in Singapore, Jeffrey studied at the University of Denver, Colarado where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management. He then returned to Singapore and spent numerous years in the Singapore Army and also in guest relations at a luxury hotel. His determination to further challenge himself led him to return to the States where he completed a dual Masters of Science in Marketing and Management and also spent more than a year putting theory into practice at Enterprise Inc. Jeffrey enjoys good food and wine, loves travelling, working out at the gym, meeting people and enjoying the finer things in life. |

Gina has a degree in English & English Literature and after completing her studies, went on to work for internationally acclaimed hair stylists Toni & Guy. After spending years working in the hair and make-up industry in Melbourne, she decided to move to London to pursue her passion for travelling and further honed her customer service skills working in real estate, events and fashion. After being in London for five years and spending time in over 25 different countries soaking up the culture, Gina decided it was time for her next challenge and moved to Hong Kong. She enjoys fine dining, practising yoga and watching films and her next goal in life is to put her degree to good use and write a novel. |

Greta was born in Hong Kong and raised in Toronto, Canada. She studied for her honours degree in Food & Nutrition at the University of Western Ontario and after graduating, started work in the dynamic events industry, planning and organising weddings in Hong Kong. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and going to new restaurants, photography and learning about the amazing world of wine. When she’s not in the office, she can probably be found relaxing on the beach. |

After growing up in the U.S. from a young age, Ben was looking to experience something new and different in the other side of the world. He picked Hong Kong as his destination because it’s a place with a unique culture and also the place where he was born. His passions in life are meeting people and gaining new knowledge which being part of Q gives him the opportunity to do just that. |

Chris is a self-proclaimed adrenaline junkie - when he’s not working as Quintessentially’s resident ticket and events specialist, he’s out bungee jumping, snowboarding and is also a keen football player. He grew up in Hong Kong and studied Public Relations at the University of Westminster in the UK before coming back to Asia to work in event management and sales. Chris then spent a year in Melbourne, Australia in corporate communications before joining the Quintessentially team. |

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Jenny joins the Quintessentially team with strong knowledge of the hotel and tourism management industry having completed her Hospitality Management degree in Australia and working at Walt Disney World Florida, Grand Hyatt Hong Kong and in various hospitality outlets for three years. She started her career at a financial services firm in a marketing position, developing her network of relationships in Hong Kong, before leaving to pursue her true passion: to work in the service and luxury industry. To this end, she has joined Quintessentially and hopes to enrich the lives of others to the fullest. Jenny loves shopping online and learning new languages. |

Born in Singapore, Celestine moved to Hong Kong during her childhood years. Having travelled extensively across Asia and the Pacific she speaks English, Cantonese, Mandarin and Japanese. She completed a Journalism and Mass Communication degree in Hong Kong after which her passion to travel led her to Australia where she completed a Master of Strategic Public Relations degree at the University of Sydney. Celestine has since returned to Hong Kong, having previously worked in UBS, and is now with Quintessentially with the firm belief that everyone should live to the fullest and get the most out of life. |

Shao was born in Malaysia and moved to Hong Kong when she was six, where she completed high school. After obtaining a Bachelor's in Mass Communications from UC Berkeley California, she moved to New York to pursue her love for fashion. There, she gained experience in PR & Sales for a variety of designers and fashion houses, and met people from all over the world. Upon returning home to Hong Kong, Shao was keen to expand her knowledge about the luxury industry as well as to continue interacting with a diversity of individuals -- so Q was ideal! In her spare time, she enjoys shopping, horse riding, reading, learning French and listening to music. |

Born in Hong Kong, after completing her studies in Taipei, Vanessa started her career in the Taiwanese tourism industry before moving back to her home city. In order to expand her knowledge and experience, she jumped at the opportunity to work and promote Greek wines in Malaysia. Upon returning to Hong Kong, she worked in a customer service role for a number of years, where she gained strong experience delivering bespoke solutions for her clients as well as a formidable knowledge of Hong Kong. She enjoys learning new languages, exploring different countries and shopping. |

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Nikita moved to Birmingham in the UK after graduating with a degree in hotel management. She began her career in event management before deciding to change to a freelance co-ordinator which gave her time to travel widely in Asia and North America. Nikita enjoys gourmet food and loves trying new restaurants and fusion cuisine. You’ll often find her reading, writing or enjoying art when she’s not working with the AskQ team. |

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Michelle graduated with a Bachelors degree in Hotel and Tourism Management from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She started her career working in the concierge team at one of Hong Kong’s leading hotels and continued to grow in the hospitality sector, gaining strong experience in luxury industry and building solid local knowledge and contacts. At Quintessentially, she hopes to use her expertise and passion to fulfill requests and exceed expectations. In her spare time, Michelle enjoys travelling, shopping, reading and trying new restaurants. |

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Grace moved to the US in her teenage years to pursue her college dream. After completing a degree in Hospitality Management at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, she is anxious to sink her teeth into the industry. Two years’ experiences at Walt Disney World and The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas has provided her with valuable knowledge in luxury customer service, and after enjoying 7 years in the US, Grace was determined to come back to Hong Kong to reunite with family and join the Q team. Grace speaks Cantonese, English and Mandarin and hopes that she can put her language and customer service skills to full use at Q. Outside of work, Grace enjoys traveling and all outdoor activities, like hot air ballooning, water skiing and boating. At the same time, Grace also enjoys exploring new restaurants and cuisines, and singing karaoke once in a while. |

Born in Hong Kong and raised in Indonesia, Wei Lan studied at University of Denver where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management. After a stint of professional dog grooming in NYC and LA (she still has her Dog Grooming Certificate!), Wei Lan moved back to Hong Kong and joined Four Seasons Hong Kong working in the executive club, front desk and the banquet department. During her spare time she likes to take her dog out, play sports (badminton, basketball, tennis, hiking etc.), go out dancing and seek out new restaurants to try new food. Wei Lan speaks English, Chinese and Indonesian. |

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Josh then moved to Boston and the Silicon Valley to pursue his Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Communications. He started his career working for the university’s alumni association where he helped build the alumni’s network and database. There he gained experiences in branding and strategic marketing. He then took two years off to travel in North America widely where he met different people and learned about the diversified culture of different ethnicities. Josh loves films, travelling, and enjoying the finer things in life. In his spare time, he enjoys learning and reading about philosophy, antiques, interior design and different cultures. |

Janice was born and raised in Hong Kong throughout her early ages. After she spent 4 years of high school in Ohio, she decided to get away from the freezing weather and moved to California for college. She worked at the front desk of the Hilton Hotel while completing her Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management. Before joining the Q team, Janice was working at a wine company in a marketing position. Janice loves trying out new restaurants, meeting people, and going to the movies. |

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Ryan loves new technology and enjoys travel. He has worked and played with computers since primary school. After spending a year working and travelling in New Zealand, he joined Quintessentially’s IT team to support all our offices in Asia. Ryan also enjoys gourmet food and water sports – just so you don’t think he’s a complete computer geek. |

Korean-born wine aficionado, Marie Kim, studied Hotel Management in Sydney and subsequently worked at five-star hotels in Australia and Korea before being drawn to the wine business in Europe. Marie is passionate about fine wine and with nearly a decade of experience in this niche field, she is now sharing her passion for wine – and life - with her loyal customers in and around Hong Kong. |

William was born and grew up in Hong Kong. After completing his Accounting and Finance degree in Melbourne, Australia, he gained experience working with MNCs such as GE Capital and Hewlett Packard before deciding to move back to Hong Kong for his career. William was also a freelance wedding planner and singer in Australia – and now back in his home city, he continues to sing once a week. |

Born to German-Filipino parents and raised in Hong Kong, Alexandra has been exposed to a multitude of cultures. Add to that a parent who works in the travel industry and who took her on her first international flight at 4 months, and you’ve got a girl fueled by adventure and world travel. Despite spending the majority of her life in Hong Kong, Alexandra has travelled to over 30 countries across five continents. Upon graduating from the University of Southern California with a degree in PR and Business, Alexandra moved back to Hong Kong and joined Quintessentially Travel. While travel remains her number one passion, yoga comes as a close second, having recently qualified as a certified instructor. |

Sarah-Jane moved away from the UK for the first time aged 2 months old and hasn’t looked back, having lived in countries like India, the USA and now Hong Kong. After 5 years working in the luxury travel industry and loving London life, she decided it was time to move on again and so it was that she landed in Hong Kong looking for a base from which to reacquaint herself with Asia. Never afraid to try something different, SJ has a passion for visiting new destinations and working with Quintessentially Travel has completed the picture in her new Asian life, allowing SJ to use her expertise and passion to its fullest. |

Steph was born in Copenhagen and spent her teenage years in London, Atlanta and Hong Kong. Steph is very much a people person – she studied sociology at LSE and then spent a year working as an Assistant Manager at Abercrombie & Fitch in London where she gained experience in management, retail marketing and HR. She then came back to Asia to pursue her dream career in PR and make HK her home once again. Steph loves European and local cinema and visiting art galleries around the world. |
