Meet the Staff

Each member of Quintessentially's team has years of experience and is an expert in his or her field, with a wealth of contacts and connections. All share a passion for quality wherever it is found and are committed to seeking it out for Quintessentially's members.

Our staff now comprises almost 700 people globally, and the below sections show just a sample of our staff.

Germany

Steve Kalthoff | CEO

Coming from a publishing and newspaper background, Steve decided to follow his passion for entrepreneurial ventures by building up Quintessentially Germany. After studying economics at Munich University he spent 5 years as a manager at a renowned publishing agency, building up new business branches before launching Quintessentially.

Bertram Wroblewski | Public Relations, Marketing and Event Manager

Raised in the Frankfurt area, Bertram now lives in Munich. He started his career in the event managing sector, before moving into the fashion industry after he created his own fashion label. He brings an expertise in creating marketing and public relation strategies as well as his strong network of excellent contacts to Quintessentially.

Nevale Marlow | Head of Member Assistance

Born in El Paso, Texas, Nevale grew up in the US before she decided to join the German branch of her family. After successfully beginning her career in the financial sector she became personal assistant to the board of directors of a well known German company. She has a passion for travel, fashion, fine food, is addicted to shoes and has an eye for splendid club locations.

Robert Zillmann | Member Assistant

Born in the Philippines and raised in Germany, Robert started building up his own music career after graduating and still has numerous contacts within the music scene. After a few years in the events and telecommunications sector he joined Quintessentially, bringing his know-how regarding organisational and service experiences. When he gets a chance Robert still loves to perform music in front of large audiences.

Nina Dimitriadou | Member Assistant

A native of Munich but with Greek origins, Nina grew up surrounded by gastronomy and constantly on the move – she has extensive travel experience that has taken her a far afield as India where she spent time working as an intercultural trainer. Nina studied Sociology and Political Sciences at Munich University, adding to the weight of her professional experience. In addition to her passion for travelling and exploring foreign cultures Nina enjoys eating at excellent restaurants with outstanding food.

Natali Moeller | Member Assistant

With Italian origins, Natali grew up near Düsseldorf and in Bavaria, Germany. On completion of her education, Natali moved to Munich to begin a career in even management, before gaining experience in the world of gastronomy and catering. Fond of fine foods and good restaurants, Natali enjoys eating out and is also an expert at knowing what is going on in the world of events across Germany.
