Meet the Staff

Each member of Quintessentially's team has years of experience and is an expert in his or her field, with a wealth of contacts and connections. All share a passion for quality wherever it is found and are committed to seeking it out for Quintessentially's members.

Our staff now comprises almost 700 people globally, and the below sections show just a sample of our staff.

France

Kristy Merson | Head of Member Services

Kristy arrived on Quintessentially's doorstep after a nine month stint running events at a French Abbey. She gained a greater part of her experience and knowledge through working with the Holt Renfrew Concierge and Les Clefs d'Or in her native Canada. Having recently caught the travel bug, she has taken every opportunity to explore her new surroundings. A certified makeup artist and budding sommelier, in her spare time, Kristy studies physics through the University of Toronto.

Alexia Sako | Supplier Relations Manager

Following her graduation with honours from her second Masters degree in Luxury Brand Management, Alexia joined the Quintessentially team in 2007. With a first degree in hotel management and seven years experience in top Parisien hotels, Alexia brings to the team a wealth of knowledge and a passion for the industry. Born in Marseille, Alexia loves to travel but is always happy to return to her favourite city in the world, Paris. She is not averse to a bit of pampering and enjoys finding hidden spa gems and the best shopping spots, when she’s not at the cinema or cooking up a gastronomic meal.

Juliana Cossa | Corporate Business Development Manager

With a Master’s Degree in Luxury Brand Management, a wealth of experience in the tourism industry, and fluency in five languages, it is no wonder that Juliana is such a perfect fit at Quintessentially. A native of São Paulo, Brazil, Juliana began travelling at an early age and continues to be drawn to new and exciting places, that she now has the opportunity to visit for business as well as pleasure. Her career history ranges from luxury hotels sales and marketing in South America, to brand management and strategic partnerships in Europe. Having started at Quintessentially as a Member Assistant with plenty of experience in luxury establishments all over the world, she has gained an exceptional understanding of the needs of our Members and Corporate Partners. Her appreciation for haute cuisine, fashion and Côte du Rhône means she is always in the know when it comes to the hottest restaurants, latest trends and finest wines.

Mehdi Zerbane | Dedicated Account Manager

Born in Casablanca and raised in Marrakesh, Mehdi graduated from the International Institute for Higher Education in Morocco with a major in management and minor in marketing.
He then to move to Paris to further his studies by doing a Masters degree in luxury brand management. Mehdi speaks Arabic, French, English and little Spanish. Through his experience in the marketing world, he soon realized that the service industry was where he belonged. He brings with him a true perfectionist attitude along with interests in Fashion & Art.

Lika Sarr | Member Assistant

Born in Dakar and raised in France, Lika took her first steps into the tourism industry on the island of La Réunion after finishing her Master’s degree in Tourism & Hospitality at the University of Angers. She returned to France after a few years to achieve her specialised master’s degree in Marketing and Communication at the ESCP Europe business school. After a full year of Regional Marketing in the hospitality and tourism industry in Singapore, Lika joined Quintessentially France in 2009. Her experience in Tourism and Travel gave her a passionate appreciation for the service industry. She’s always willing to learn and deepen her appreciation of the finer things in life. Her multicultural profile has developed her taste for travel and foreign cultures.
