Liam Wholey | CEO of UAE & Africa

Liam has arrived as the new Managing Director of the Dubai office from his previous role as Managing Director of Quintessentially Publishing in London. Liam founded Quintessentially Publishing in 2005 and helped it to grow rapidly – it is now a successful business with four annual titles with more in the pipeline. Liam’s enthusiasm and direct approach to business is a welcome addition to the Quintessentially team in the region.

Stephanie Lewis | Director of Sales Middle East & Africa

A British Canadian, Stephanie grew up in the U.K and attended Oxford Brookes University.  After her studies, Stephanie decided to travel and spent most of her time in the South of France. She then embarked on a career in the London property market and subsequently trained as a sales negotiator in South Kensington. Having experienced the London lifestyle, Stephanie decided to move to Dubai to broaden her horizons and experience new challenges.

Daisy Marchant | Head of Member Services

Daisy has a strong background in customer service and, before joining Quintessentially, she was a Crew Ambassador for the exclusive all-Business Class airline, Silverjet. She has travelled extensively and enjoys meeting people from all cultures and backgrounds. Having just recently left her previous role as Head of the Dedicated Team in Quintessentially London, she is enjoying exploring Dubai during her free time.

Ahmed Bahnaswei | Operations Director

Ahmed has a BA in Accounting and comes from a financial and hospitality background . Before joining Quintessentially Dubai as a Member Assistant, Ahmed worked as a Front Desk Supervisor at the Hyatt Regency Sharm El Sheikh for more than three years. Ahmed's passions include travelling and music and he is an avid sportsman.

Holly Stevens | Partner Relationship Manager

Holly has had over seven years experience in the entertainment and events industry, with specialist roles at MTV in London and Australia. A growing passion for music and entertainment management launched her into high profile role as Artist Manager for Music Management company Scorpio. Here, she had an even closer insight into the world of VIP and celebrity, looking after major Australian music acts and working on national and international live tours. She subsequently broadened her horizons further, moving first to BBC Worldwide, and then to entertainment PR agency The Outside Organisation where she specialised in celebrity and events public relations. In her spare time, Holly loves traveling with friends and is a keen tennis player.

Hanadi Fadel | Head of AskQ / International Elite Lifestyle Manager

Born in Iraq, Hanadi established her career in customer service in Jordan prior to her move to Dubai where she sought new challenges and horizons. In January 2008, Hanadi joined Quintessentially where she hopes to utilize her impressive portfolio of customer service skills. Outside work, Hanadi enjoys clubs, gym & surfing the net.

Jubran Hame | Member Relations Manager

Jubran, who was born and raised in Saudi Arabia, moved to the UAE in 2003 where he studied Physiotherapy at the UOS. After obtaining his Bachelor of Science degree in 2008, he joined the team at Quintessentially Dubai. He likes to connect with people regardless of their backgrounds or ages and his willingness to help those who need it - as well as his outstanding communication skills in both Arabic and English - have been sharpened through his extensive experience in the medical field. He likes to spend his spare time with his family and close friends and he enjoys dining out and clubbing.

Iman Chahine | Corporate Account Manager

Born and raised in Abu Dhabi, Iman has been around various nationalities and backgrounds since the age of 6. She went to the International School of Choueifat, attended Boston's Wentworth Institute of Technology and finally completed her BA in Philosophy and Mass Communications at the American University in Cairo. Her outstanding communication and customer service skills have motivated her to move back to the multicultural city of Dubai.

Hibaq Omar | Corporate Lifestyle Manager

Originally from Somalia, Hibaq was born and raised in Dubai. She holds a diploma in travel and tourism, and has studied banking and finance among other subjects. Seeking to become an expert in her field, Hibaq has already had a great deal of experience during her five years in customer service. Hibaq’s passions include traveling, music and design.

Ahmed El Miligy | Corporate Lifestyle Manager

Ahmed was born in Cairo, moved to Dubai with his family for quite some time before returning to his country of birth to study Accounting. Graduating in 2004, he decided to change career paths and subsequently undertook a course in Business Management, completing his MBA before completing another leg of the round trip, ending up at Subway Restaurants HQ in Dubai as a field consultant.

Tamer Amer | Corporate Lifestyle Manager

With more than 6 years of experience in hospitality, working in Sharm El Shiekh and Dubai, Tamer is the perfect fit for Quintessentially, bringing his strong experience in public relations and communication to the fore. In his spare time Tamer is somewhat of a table tennis pro and also enjoys a game of football with friends.

Selina Dixon | Dedicated Lifestyle Manager

Born in Nigeria, Selina grew up in the UK and studied Marketing, Advertising & Promotion at London College of Fashion. She moved to Dubai in 2009 to head up the Customer Care & Fashion Advice department for a well known luxury Middle Eastern online store. With over 10 years of Customer Service skills, Selina thrives on being in a buzzing and high pressured environment. In her spare time, Selina likes to practise yoga & pilates, enjoys dining out and plans to take up horse riding in the near future.

Mohamed Bader | Dedicated Lifestyle Manager

Born and raised in Beirut, with a family history in high-end jewellery design, Mohammed has been exposed to VIP customers since his early career. In 2006 he moved to Dubai to work with Boucheron and went through extensive training in VIP Customer Service including sales etiquette and luxury business knowledge.

Lauren Jones | Elite Lifestyle Manager

A true southern girl, Lauren was born and raised in Kentucky. After attending the University of Louisville, Lauren made the move to New York City to attend the New York Conservatory of Dramatic Arts. It was her time in this city which unlocked her passion for travelling and new experiences. After spending a summer living in the South of France, traveling Europe and Dubai, she decided to join Quintessentially in the hopes of broadening her knowledge of the world.
