Meet the Staff

Each member of Quintessentially's team has years of experience and is an expert in his or her field, with a wealth of contacts and connections. All share a passion for quality wherever it is found and are committed to seeking it out for Quintessentially's members.

Our staff now comprises almost 700 people globally, and the below sections show just a sample of our staff.

Brazil

Alfonso Martinez de Campos | Managing Director

Alfonso Martinez de Campos worked in the music industry and as a publicist before his love of travel became his work. Setting up his successful company Fueguito several years ago, Alfonso has acquired an unbeatable insider’s knowledge for luxury travel within Argentina, Uruguay, Chile and Brazil and he has looked after many high profile clients during this time. He is one of the founding partners of Quintessentially in the region and is pleased to be taking on the role of CEO.

Luciana Costa | Executive Director

Luciana was born in São Paulo but has led a jet set lifestyle, living in both Paris and Canada, where she discovered her passion for fine restaurants, cultural experiences and travel. Luciana graduated from law school and worked in this arena for many years, but decided to embark on a new career challenge of becoming Executive Director of Quintessentially Brazil, a position she is certain will embrace her strengths whilst allowing her to fulfill her passions.

Fernanda do Amaral Paronetto | Head of Corporate Marketing and Business Development

Fernanda was born and raised in São Paulo. After studying Business Administration in São Paulo, Fernanda worked for three years in the marketing department at Kimberly Clark Brazil. Always on the look out for new challenges and experiences, Fernanda moved to fashion institution Vogue, where she took up the role of Executive Producer. Fernanda is now Head of Corporate Marketing & Business Development for Quintessentially Brazil, bringing with her an impressive network of contacts, as well as her corporate marketing and production expertise. Outside of work Fernanda has a great love of travel and particularly enjoys getting to know new places, people and cultures. Fernanda is passionate about the luxury market and is looking forward to becoming part of the team at Quintessentially Brazil.

Fabio Lemonica | Dedicated Account Manager

Born in Brazil and raised in a variety of cosmopolitan cities, including Milan, Amsterdam and Sao Paulo, Fabio recently received his Master's degree in Luxury Brand Management at ESSEC in Paris, France, before moving back to Sao Paulo to work as a Business Development Agent, specialising in the luxury market. Completing his undergraduate studies in Management and graduate studies in Product Management at Fundação Getúlio Vargas in Sao Paulo, he has also worked within Sao Paulo's Governor Protocol and more recently for Safra Bank International as a Marketing, Communications and Product Manager. Fabio joins Quintessentially Brazil with a wealth of business development experience and a strong desire to learn new skills in the international luxury service sector, simultaneously feeding his passion for cooking, international affairs and the luxury world.

Manuela Elias | Ask Q and PR

Six months since completing college, she joined the Leopolldo Group, of which her father and three partners are joint owners.

Manuela is affable and adaptable to any activity, and now within Quintessentially, she is ready to put all her skills into practice.

Manuela was born in Sao Paulo, and graduated in PR from Armando college, Álvares Penteado in 2003. During this period she worked with Valdir Cimino, one of the renowned professionals in PR in Brazil.Six months since completing college, she joined the Leopolldo Group, of which her father and three partners are joint owners.Manuela is affable and adaptable to any activity, and now within Quintessentially, she is ready to put all her skills into practice.
