Meet the Staff

Each member of Quintessentially's team has years of experience and is an expert in his or her field, with a wealth of contacts and connections. All share a passion for quality wherever it is found and are committed to seeking it out for Quintessentially's members.

Our staff now comprises almost 700 people globally, and the below sections show just a sample of our staff.

Argentina & Uruguay

Alfonso Martinez de Campos | Managing Director Argentina & Uruguay

Alfonso Martinez de Campos worked in the music industry and as a publicist before his love of travel became his work. Setting up his successful company Fueguito several years ago, Alfonso has acquired an unbeatable insider’s knowledge for luxury travel within Argentina, Uruguay, Chile and Brazil and he has looked after many high profile clients during this time. He is one of the founding partners of Quintessentially in the region and is pleased to be taking on the role of CEO.

Josefina Rodriguez Egaña | Head of Office

She became a connoisseur of concierge service whilst writing her thesis for a degree in Tourism and Hotel Management at Salvador University. Josefina has worked in two highly acclaimed travel agencies. In her spare time she pursues her passion for arts, particularly music and drama. Both her professional specialisms and her personal interests have left her in feeling in no uncertain terms that she will take to joining the Quintessentially family like a duck to water.

Silvina Kurkcuoglu | Marketing & Communications

With a degree in Business and after three years of working for the oil & gas industry, Silvina figured this was not the way to go. She realised she is passionate for lifestyle management and the luxury services industry. Therefore she took several courses on styling, wine tasting, and gastronomy among others. Silvina is people-oriented and loves working and interacting with people from other countries and cultures.

Lucila Ayanz | Sales Manager

Lucila was born in Buenos Aires, a city she truly loves. She is about to graduate from UCES with a degree in Marketing. Photography is one of her main hobbies, and she also enjoys sports and world travel. She has great expectations about working at Quintessentially as it will allow her to work in a public relations and customer relations focused environment – two things she is very passionate about.

Constanza Rodriguez | Member Assistant

Constanza was born in Chubut and raised in Buenos Aires. She graduated in events after studying publicity for two years at the Fundacion de Altos Estudios en Ciencias Comerciales. Constanza is a talented artist and has held several successful exhibitions in the past. After a year of working in the events industry in Argentina she travelled around Europe, returning to Buenos Aires to continue with her studies and begin her career at Quintessentially.

Jack Siegrist | Member Assistant

Jack was born and raised in Argentina. He has been working as a polo and ski instructor for the last 4 years. Jack is keen on photography and has been working for two seasons at Lake Tahoe as a ski instructor, photographer and mountain guide. After travelling through the United States he came back to Argentina to start his career at Quintessentially and nowadays he is also studying Tourism.

Cristina Blanquicet | Member Assistant

Cristina Blanquicet was born in Bogota Colombia. This is where she studied literature and took her first steps into the world of gastronomy. She worked at Colombia´s government cultural department and afterwards moved to Argentina where she studied event management and administration. She loves animals, books, travel and nature.

Ornella Maillard | Member Assistant

She lived in Brazil, Spain and Argentina. Her taste for fashion, arts and music is always up to date. She is a people oriented person and loves to assist customers advising and recommending great quality services. She feels Quintessentially is a great combination of what she really likes and feels she is constantly growing and exploring new facets.

Guadalupe Barragan | Member Assistant

Guadalupe was born in Buenos Aires. She studied International Relations for 3 years and then worked abroad on the Ivory Coast as a volunteer for a large international NGO for 3 years before joining Quintessentially. She is a soul traveler and has already visited 10 countries and numerous cities!

Juan Riquero | Member Assistant

Juan was born in Monte Grande, grew up in Ezeiza and then moved to Buenos Aires to study Tourism. He chose this career because he is keen on travelling to new places. A collector of Rolling Stone magazines, he enjoys spending time with friends and riding his long board.
